CANTON YOUTH BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE 

Step 1: Fill out the attached form and submit to CYBA

Step 2: Contact CYBA by emailing Registrar@CantonBasketball.org and Request Financial Assistance

Step 3: CYBA will ask you to register your player and not pay at the time of submission 

Step 4: After Tryouts, If your player is assigned to a team, CYBA will present your application to the CYBA Finance Committee for Approval.

Step 5: CYBA will contact you whether or not your request has been approved. Please note: All uniform costs can not be included in this Financial Assistance and must be paid in full.

All portions of the approved Financial Assistance must be paid  by November 31st for the player to be eligible to participate in games
